Here's a good Low\Fat Vinaigrette
---------- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.00
Title: Basic Vinaigrette
Categories: Low\fat, Salads
Yield: 1 cup
1/4 c Red wine vinegar or rice wine 1 t Fresh lemon juice
1/2 c Water 1 t Low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 T Apple juice concentrate 1/2 t Dijon mustard no-salt added
1/4 t Garlic powder 1 ds Red (cayenne) pepper
1/4 t Onion powder
Place all ingredients in jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake well.
When mixture is well blended, place in refrigerator until served.
